Magnesium Bath

 On recommendation from Virginia Guinancio I tried magnesium baths for my Parkinsons, she had read up on it and suggested I give it a try.
Magnesium is critical for your cellular health, your nervous system, regenerating, maintaining living cells, and producing amino acids (critical for virtually every reaction in the body). Restore vital magnesium to enable cellular regeneration..
I found the magnesium oil the best, four table spoons of oil, they recommend warm bath but I found a hot bath gave better results.

My treatment or should I say best results:
1) 4 tbl spoons magnesium oil in hot bath
2) 7 days for 30 min
3) Then 4 days for 30 min
4) 3 days, 2 days, 1 day
5) Break for 2 weeks and start the process again

Many of the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease can be overcome with high magnesium supplementation, shaking can be prevented and rigidity eased.
